The conference begins on Nov. 1 morning with an inauguration ceremony for the IAOEES, followed by two keynote speeches. Plenary talks are scheduled for the mornings of Nov. 2-3 as well. Invited talks are planned between noon Nov. 1 through noon of Nov. 3. The schedule will be updated once paper submission is complete. Poster sessions will provide opportunities for researchers to give more personal updates of recent results.
