Mr. Binglun Tian is a Founder and Board Chairman of Pearl Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd, a leading company providing specialized & High-performing air-cooling self-humidified PEM fuel cell stacks for clean power applications. Dr. Zhaoping Liu is the CEO of the Ningbo Morsh Technology Co., Ltd., the Director and Professor of Advanced Li-ion Battery Engineering Laboratory at Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology & Engineering (NIMTE), Chinese Academy of Sciences.
